Welcome to the New DBMYG Website: A Home for Healing, Growth, and Community

We See You. We Hear You. We Built This for You.

Dear Black Man, You Good? (DBMYG) has always been about creating spaces where Black men can show up fully and freely—without judgment, without pressure, and without feeling like they have to carry it all alone.

Today, we’re taking that mission even further.

We’re proud to announce the official launch of the DBMYG website—a digital home for mental wellness, community support, and real conversations built specifically for Black men.

This space is more than just a website—it’s an extension of the movement. A place where you can find resources, programs, events, and opportunities to connect whenever you need them.

What You’ll Find on the New DBMYG Website

Programs & Support Groups

We know that support looks different for everyone. Whether you need structured, ongoing support or a space to check in when life feels heavy, we’ve got a program for you.

➡️ 10-12 Week Intensive Groups – A deeper, long-term space for personal growth, accountability, and brotherhood.
➡️ ‘Pay What You Can’ Monthly Groups – Drop-in, no-pressure support sessions when you need a space to breathe, share, or just listen.
➡️ Black Men Do – A movement designed to push past stereotypes and bring Black men together through wellness, movement, and social experiences.

Resources That Meet You Where You Are

Healing isn’t just about what happens in a session—it’s about what happens between them, too. That’s why we’ve built a resource hub to provide ongoing support, whenever and wherever you need it.

📥 Downloadable Mental Wellness Guide – A free toolkit designed to help you navigate stress, self-care, and emotional resilience.
🎙 The DBMYG Podcast – Unfiltered conversations with Black men about mental health, identity, and personal growth.
📝 Community Check-In Blog – Insights from Black mental health professionals, covering topics like therapy, relationships, and self-improvement.

Why This Matters

For too long, Black men have been told to “be strong” in ways that have left us isolated, unheard, and carrying the weight of the world alone.

But healing happens in community. Growth happens when we show up for ourselves and each other.

This website is our way of making that journey easier to navigate. It’s a reminder that you are not alone. Whether you’re here to find support, gain knowledge, connect with brothers, or simply check in with yourself—this space was built for you.

What’s Next?

This is just the beginning. We’re building, expanding, and growing this movement—together.
